Okay, here is a cake that took me endless hours to create. If I were to do it again, there would definitely be a few things that I would change....such as more precisely shaping the cakes that fit inside the train boxes. The mathematics, as it were, stumped me. What can I say, the creative side of my brain is much stronger. As always, it was a learning process and I was pleased with the results considering this was the first time I had ever used so much gum paste and created tricky shapes.
